New Fable 2 Gossip Fansite In The Works!

Project Ego.net is on a roll today as we post our third news entry of the day! We are pleased to announce that there is talk of an upcoming new Fable 2 fan site in production known as “Fable 2 Gossip”. Details surrounding this new Fable community are sparse but talk is already spreading fast, they have also captured Lionhead Studios’ attention and received an honourable mention in their latest Lionhead Times news article!

After much research I managed to get in touch with a friend of mine who works for lionhead. Bacicly the new main features are that you can go back in time (renember when at the start of fable one, you are attacked by only one bandit, well, maze did not kill them it was you, unfortunately you arrived to late and the kid you played in fable one’s father is dead. Also my favorite feature, how many of you wondered how to become a balverine, well in this game you can, you have to retrive a womans daughter from the foreset, the strange thing is shes in a cosey house with food and water but you realize she found this place and persuade her to follw you. When you reach the mother she thanks you and pays you for your services. When you leave you will hear the girl say “your not my mommy” if you turn round the ‘mother’ turns into a balverine, which is when you realize you have just brought her lunch. If you kill the balverine in time the girl thanks you and gives you somethink she found in the house and runs back to town, but if you fail to kill the monster it bites the girl and you have 2 balverines to deal with. If your skilled you might just kill both of them with just a scratch, but if you take a few hits the screen will turn green. If you dont seek help, by night fall you will become a balverine. You will control the monster you have become but every one will attack you, even people you have been assigned to protect. Because of your strength you can fight the disease so that you only transform at night. This feature is also good, when you think yourself as the greatest hero ever who ruled with the skill of a bow you get tingles down your spine, unfortunately the bow is not that powerful and it is sometimes hard to kill powerful enemys, but they have fixed that, 500 years after fable 1 people have developed the gun which is quite powerful. You can open your own Brothel, excuse the languge, and other stores. Your mates say they are the greatest hero or villan ever and you want to prove them wrong, tell them to meet you in the arena on Xbox live.

If you turn into a balverine, will the dog still be with you, i mean you are a balverine after all and it would look a bit odd to see this fearsome beast allied by a little dog wouldn’t it? Unless the dog turns into some kind of beast which i doubt that. Behing a balverine would be cool though, it’s something to do. Molyneux should focus on the expressions you can do, like howling, growling etc. This feature should make you faster and stronger and you should be able to infect others. Another question has been on my mind aswell. When you transform, will you be allies with other balverines. And if you try for a kid while infected, would they be part of the infection too? You go out on a summer day, looking cool and great, then you come back has a nightmarish beast. What would your family say. lol

if you turn into a balverine will you be able to make or buy an antidote or will it fade away over time and will you delelope any abilities from the desease like being able to speak to or scare away balverines and will there be differant type of balverines

yeah i played morrowind and yeah you do get stronger of the corpus… but if you turn into a balverine i think there is no cure… also do you eat people? as like it says above the women wants the kid so… anyway how you make a brothel or where can i find one so i can take over??? please reply!!

That is such a lie! i already beated the game and everything he says is not true so jakal stop talking nonsens about this game there are no quest that you have to take a girl to a house and that the mother is a balvarine and you cant transform in to one either and you cant travel back in time and thers no thing as a arena battle.

dudes are you serious the guys full of it. i’ve played the game you don’t turn into the baleverine. One theres many problems with that. The baleverine shows hmmmm which you can’t.

if there really is a way to become a balvorine that would be awesome. but im not sure you could actually become one. i mean if you could don't you think the game designer would have mentioned it. seriously. but if there isn't they really should put that feature in the game, that would be really cool! i hope they do.
