Games on Demand is basically Microsoft speak for full games that are available to download from the Xbox Live Marketplace directly to your hard drive – just to get that out of the way with. If you haven’t already sampled the delights of Fable II yet then here’s your chance – and you won’t even need to leave your house! Fable II is available to download from the Marketplace right now for the very reasonable price of £19.99. You can purchase the full game by following this link and following a few prompts.
It would have been nice if Microsoft would have thrown in the Knothole Island and See The Future DLC along with the full game download but sadly no such luck. Still, not ever needing to faff about with the DVD is a bit of a bonus; do make sure you have a spare 5GB or so of hard drive space available before download, though, otherwise you’ll be in a bit of a pickle.
