Word on the grapevine is that – as the above title states – both Fable 3 and Microsoft’s Project Natal add-on will be launched simultaneously and that Fable 3 will be the first title to take advantage of the new motion control technology. Microsoft Saudi’s Marketing Manager, Syed Bilal Tariq was the first to reveal Microsoft’s plans to release Project Natal during the month of October and recurring rumours are constantly circulating that Fable 3 will see a release in October as well.
It’s no secret that the Fable series is one of Microsoft’s most favoured exclusive properties and it would not surprise me if Fable 3 featured plenty of Natal-only options and features to help promote the new technology. Lionhead Studios has already made it clear that one of the more interesting additions to this Fable 3 will be the ability to use Natal to have your character interact with the world of Albion much more so than you would be able to with a standard controller.
We’ll just have to wait and see for the time being as to just how much of the gameplay is focussed on Natal.
