Minor glitch. Trust me*, the resources are set at the beginning. The changing resource status does **** up, but the amount of resources stays the same.

Nah, it's done that a few times to me, too. It doesn't change how much is there, it just forgets how much it SAYS is there. I mean, when it says it's depleted, there's still some resources there. Just not much. And even then, you can have a "depleted" planet that still has a huge spike somewhere that you missed. I got that a few times when I was picking up every tiny little twitch of the meter. I was down to depleted and then I'd go a little further and there was a huge spike.
